Requesting a custom or personalized item
Do not hesitate to contact me via the contact page or email!
• Please allow some time for your item to be made
• Digital, custom or personalized items cannot be refunded.
• Custom sizing is available. However, I am not responsible for patterns that lead to a non-/ill-fitting garment if wrong measurements are given to me.
• Once a pattern has been made available to you (upon successful checkout), it cannot be refunded.
• When asking for a custom pattern, you have the option to have me make a prototype (given that there is enough time). If you do not wish to have a prototype made, I am not responsible should there be mistakes in the pattern/instructions. I am, of course, always available to resolve any doubts, even when you opt for the non-prototype pattern.
Measurements, Size Charts and custom Sizing / Resizing
Please check the included size chart for each sewing pattern. Once purchased, always refer to the size chart in your version of the instructions. The patterns may be updated, and size charts may change.
RESIZING: If you need a different size, I will gladly resize the pattern for you! Please do note that this will incur a resizing fee ranging from €30 / $35 to €50 / $58, depending on the complexity of the pattern. The resizing fee is applied per requested size.
For older patterns (+3 years from their initial creation date), an additional archival fee of €20 / $23.5 will be charged.
Value Size Range Bundles
Please choose your size range carefully before purchasing. The included sizes are clearly marked in the thumbnail, title, description, size chart, and file names.
Because these are instant digital downloads, exchanges or refunds aren’t possible once files have been downloaded.
If you accidentally purchase the wrong size range, I can offer you the correct set at a reduced price so you only pay the equivalent of the full bundle. This ensures fairness while helping you get the sizes you need!
Exchanging or returning a pattern
Patterns can only be exchanged in the event that you previously purchased the same pattern in the same size range. If you previously purchased the complete size range and later purchase a value size range by accident, the value size range can be exchanged.
Patterns cannot be returned.
What do the pattern versions mean?
As there is always room for improvement, I update my patterns/instructions from time to time. If the number goes from 1 to 1.x, it means the change was small, like fixing a typo, changing the layout, or rewording something to make things clearer. If you recently bought the pattern, I will inform you of changes and send you the updated version.
If the number goes from 1(.x) to 2(.x) or higher, the full pattern was updated and the older version is (usually) no longer for sale. In this case, unless the earlier version contained an error, the earlier version remains as it was and I will not contact you.
Can I share patterns with a friend? Can I sell garments made from the patterns?
Sharing: No, the patterns are for individual use only. Please invite others to purchase their own copy and help support the creation of new Bianco Incantato patterns.
Selling: Yes, limited small-scale handmade sales are allowed, but mass production, factory manufacturing or digital redistribution is strictly prohibited.

I printed the pattern, but the pieces don’t align. What should I do?
Make sure your printer is set to 100% scale (no scaling) and check the test square for accuracy before cutting fabric. If you are still having issues, don't hesitate to reach out to me for help!
Why are seam allowances not always included?
To help you alter/customise the pattern, seam allowances are very rarely included. If they are, it will be mentioned on the pattern sheet/in the instructions. If a pattern comes with seam allowances included, and you do not match one of the sizes exactly, you'll need to first subtract the allowance, mark the change, check the pattern lines and add the allowance again. Without allowance included, you can just mark the changes and add the seam allowance! This also gives you the chance to add more seam allowance in case your fabric frays a lot, without having to calculate how much seam allowance was already added. That being said, I can draft the pattern with seam allowances for you! Do not hesitate to ask me to do so for you.
