Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

All products sold by Bianco Incantato are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase.

Cancellation Before Download If you wish to cancel your order before accessing or downloading your files, please contact me immediately at phoebe [at] biancoincantato.com. I will do my best to accommodate cancellation requests made before the digital content has been accessed.

Cancellation After Download Once the digital files have been delivered and accessed, cancellation is no longer possible. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(m)).

Subscription or Bundle Options If Bianco Incantato offers any purchase options involving recurring payments or bundles in the future, cancellation terms specific to those options will be outlined at the time of purchase.
