Bianco Incantato sells exclusively digital products — sewing patterns delivered as downloadable files. No physical goods are shipped.

Instant Delivery Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link to access your files. Downloads are also available directly from your order confirmation page. Delivery is immediate and does not depend on your location.

No Shipping Costs Because all products are digital, there are no shipping fees associated with any order.

EU Customers As all products are delivered digitally and instantly, the standard EU shipping timelines under the Consumer Rights Directive do not apply. Your right of withdrawal and other consumer rights are addressed in the Refund Policy.
