Create a Goddess Magical Girl cosplay dress and go spread the magic!
The dress features a deep-cut scalloped neckline and high-low scalloped skirt layers. The bolero closes at the front and has layered, scallop-edged sleeves.
This pattern does not include a petticoat.
Intermediate. Making a toile (mockup) before cutting into your fashion fabric is strongly recommended.
